Build a TimberTech Composite Railing Package

TimberTech - Azek Premier, Trademark, RadianceRail, and Cocktail top rail.

TimberTech composite railing panels use three sets of parts: support rails and hardware, top rails, and infill kits.

Support rails (includes hardware, top and bottom support rails, bottom rail cover, and support leg) are universal and used for horizontal and stair rail sections.

Multiple top rails work with the universal support rails, and both stair and horizontal sections, and are chosen based off of your taste and desired style.

Cocktail top rails are used in place of the decorative top rails, and the addition of a deck board is needed, which will be screwed to the cocktail rail before attaching it to the top rail panel.

Infill Kits:

All TimberTech-Azek systems are compatible with aluminum balusters, composite balusters, glass infills/panels, and horizontal cables.

Square composite balusters:

Square and round aluminum balusters:

Glass infill channel (sets into top and bottom channels of the support rail)

Glass panels should not be longer than 6', and can be ordered from your local glass supplier

Cable railing packages use a lag screw fitting on either end of the cable, which requires wood 4x4s to be used on end and middle posts.

Post sleeves are matched to caps and skirts, and are installed before railing panels.

Standard 5-1/2" posts have sharper corners and caps for a sharp, bold look.

Wood 4x4s can be used as the support posts for the post sleeves, or for an easier installation you can use these surface-mounted structural aluminum posts

RadianceRail posts have chamfered corners and caps for "softer" visual edges.

Wood 4x4s can be used as the support posts for the post sleeves, or for an easier installation you can surface mount this structural aluminum post

Graspable handrail is needed on composite stair rails, for code compliance.

Wall returns are used at the top and bottom of runs, to attach to the first and last stair posts

Splices are needed when more than one rod is needed on a straight section

Support mount brackets are used when a rod runs more than 6' without any other support
