It is not recommended to paint Inside Out panels a custom color after the fact.
The panels only come in the preset colors, and neither we nor the manufacturer are able to sell the panels in colors other than the manufacturer's 13 standard solid and woodgrain colors.

No, these panels need to be suspended and sloped with the "carrier track channel" designed specifically for these panels.
